Support
Our Customer Support Staff is larger than the entire company of many of our competitors. We maintain Open Forums, your question WILL be answered. We offer support by email and telephone as well. Our support to OEM's on a path to product introduction is un-metered and free; there is no charge 'per instance' or 'per month'. To support our customers we have two Microsoft MVP's on staff and have a copy of the Windows CE source code. We have a dedicated Linux development and support team, backed by hardware and low level software specialists, and leveraging off of the Debian open source organization. Our Linux Support Forum is an active venue.

Applied Data Systems isISO9001:2000 certified, is a Microsoft, Wind River, OS-9 partner, and is a active member of the Debian Alliance. We are also a silver-level member of the Intel ICA network. We regularly produce custom designs which are Third Party certified for SAE and Mil-Spec temperature, vibration and RFI/EMF resistance and emission. Finally, we have designed secure systems complaint with FIPS140-Level 3 security.
