netCast Player HD

	The netCast Player HD is the latest addition to Applied Data’s Video over IP product family.  With high definition capability up to 1920 x 1080 resolutions, the netCast Player HD is an ideal product for any digital signage application looking to leverage the power of high definition Video over IP technology.  Users have the flexibility to store and stream data either on a PC, a CompactFlash card (with no limit on the size of the card) or even a USB port.  Also available with WiFi capability, the netCast Player HD is an extremely powerful and configurable solution for any digital signage application requiring high definition video and audio. The netCast Player HD comes available with the netCast Server Windows application for scheduling and loading media content to a single or multiple units configured in either unicast or multicast setups.  The netCast Player HD can be used as stand-alone unit or configured with other products in Applied Data’s netCast and Video over IP product family.
netCast Server Supporting netCast Player II is the netCast Server Windows® application which allows digitized video to be streamed to one or more netCast Player II or Player HD units. It automatically finds all netCast Players on the same subnet and streams or downloads different video files to each one. Whether as a stand-alone unit or in conjunction with the netCast suite of products, netCast Player II is the ideal solution for entertainment and digital signage applications. This is fully proven design, available in sample/development quantities and in OEM production runs. However, it is not considered a Stocked Product. Apart from a few engineering samples, we do not keep stock, so an OEM agreement is required to secure production delivery.  Likewise, the specifics of the software configuration need to be evaluated for each application.
