ADS products are characterized by their low-power consumption, powerful graphics, small form factor, and robust functionality. ADS specializes in quick time-to-market customized designs. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer for our Akron, Ohio office.

This Software Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and defining system / software development and integration. The right candidate will also write device drivers and integrate Windows CE to company's embedded single board computers. This Software Engineer will program in C and Assembly language, among others.

Job Description:
ADS is seeking a qualified Program/Project Manager with experience in both software development and engineering project management roles. The individual will be responsible for management, schedule, performance, and completion of projects/programs.  This person will also be highly innovative in problem solving as there is a continuous need for original and forward thinking with respect to evolving needs of the product. The ideal candidate will have a strong preference for working in a cross-functional collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of extensive industry experience with real-time embedded systems or low-level device driver development
* C/C++ and ARM assembly programming capability
* Programming experience with ARM processors and WindowsCE is a plus
* Experience in project management helpful

Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred or related degree.

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills. Be able to work equally well in a team environment or independently
