The Intel and Microsoft Flash File Managers are ubiquitous and come free with the respective silicon or OS. CRAMFS is popular with the Linux system.  For some performance objectives, we recommend more sophisticated options from Datalight.

Datalight offers two versions of FFM: Reliance™, a transactional file system developed specifically for embedded systems or FlashFX Pro®, a high-performance, multi-threaded flash media manager targeted at applications requiring real-time response from resident flash memory.
